TGI Friday (Hot/Heated)
Enjoy a fun light-hearted yoga class that will bring out your playful side- feeling free, rejuvenated and refreshed! This class is designed to increase flexibility, strength, coordination and above all, have a little fun along the way. The emphasis will be on creating a safe space to try new things, build strong foundations and explore! An awesome addition to your day: sweat it out, let it go and come on, it’s Friday get happy!
Power Flow (Hot/Heated)
Power flow uses techniques to teach students to adapt yoga poses to their body promoting increased elasticity, strength, balance, decreased reactivity, and sense of wellbeing. Watch your body change as you increase your strength and flexibility.
Lunch Flow (Hot/Heated)
This 60 minute yoga class has postures from many yogic traditions that are blended together linking your breath to the postures. Our teachers bring in their own individual styles to the classes making them unique.
A perfect midday yoga class to help regroup and re-energize you for the rest of the day!
Hatha Yoga (Warm)
Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength & flexibility and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga will bring strength and focus to the body from head to toe. By removing the flow and focusing on longer static holds, emphasis is placed on the pose itself rather than linking movements. Beginners can use this time to build up to our “flow“ classes, while more advanced students can work on precision and alignment. The focus will be on foundational postures, however the instructor will provide modifications for every experience level, giving you the chance to expand your practice if you so choose. Because this class is not a set sequence, you can expect to learn something new and different every time.

Relax & Restore Restorative Yoga (Warm)
Restorative yoga utilizes props and gravity helping you let go of any physical or emotional stress that you might be hanging on to. Set yourself up for a great start to a brand new week. Feel free to bring eye pillows/blankets or any personal bolsters that you want to help enhance your experience. Suitable to all levels.

Rise & Shine Yoga (Hot/Heated)
Start your morning right by creating delight and comfort in your body’s strength, flexibility and vitality. Rise & Shine yoga warms the body with sun salutations and a continuous flow of postures designed to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Consisting of standing, balancing, seated, and inverted postures, it is both invigorating and peaceful. Be prepared to shine bright as you leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead.

Hot 26 (Hot/Heated)
Hot 26 is a great introduction to Bikram Inspired Yoga for beginners and a strong pace for experienced practitioners.
Hot 26 Yoga is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons. The postures systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood throughout your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Overall helping you maintain healthy weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and sense of well being.

Yin/Yang Fusion (Warm)
The two practices of yin and yang yoga have very different intentions and both are very important for a balanced and healthy body. Yin Yoga activity is slow, steady with a sense of core softness and surrender. Yang activity is mobile, builds to an apex before calming down and maintains a core strength that requires appropriate effort.The combination of Yin/Yang yoga allow for setting up inner alignment, creating the foundation for outer or postural alignment. The unique fusion of this class creates the perfect balance of building mobility and strength in the deep connective tissues and joints(yin), while lengthening and strengthening the muscles in the body(yang).

Yin Yoga (Warm)
Yin yoga is often described as the other half of a yoga practice. In relation to Yoga, a Yang practice is a faster practice, affecting muscles, making them longer and stronger. A yin yoga practice is a slower, deeper practice affecting the connective tissues of the body. Yin Yoga encourages the body to slowly and mindfully enter yin poses using the breath to stimulate the flow of chi(energy) and remain highly focused on the sensations promoted by the pose. The lengthy posture steadiness and stillness allows one to develop passive yin qualities of surrender, allowing full nourishment to the body’s meridians and joints. Join us in a relaxing environment to cleanse the mind and body- a perfect ending to your day.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow (Hot/Heated)
This vinyasa flow class allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The room is heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in any vinyasa style class will challenge clients to step up to their edge, and unlock hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power.
Meditative Deep Flow (Hot/Heated)
When you think about yoga, ideas of tranquility, peace, and meditation probably come to mind. But flowing from tree pose to downward dog in silence takes that concept of zen to a whole new level. This class is not recommended for beginners as there will be no breakdown of postures and limited cues.
